Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens — and your time is just as valuable as ours.
To honor the time and preparation that goes into each appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
Cancellations within 24 hours — or no-shows — will be charged 100%.
We absolutely want you to stay home if you're sick — especially with anything contagious. If you’re not feeling well or are experiencing a true emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. We handle these situations with care and flexibility on a case-by-case basis.
That said, no-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations without communication may result in charges and/or a pause in future bookings.
